I'm such a nosey photographer hahahaha.

Let me tell you my absolute favorite thing about in-home newborn sessions, and it's not about the baby lol which is crazy and horrible to say but I love seeing everybody's nurseries and decorations and style. And what I mean when I say that is it gives me so much inspiration in my own life and it also affects me creatively when I'm documenting your family at your house. Now this isn't to say that you have to have your house perfect and just like Pinterest,I love all houses and I love using the different angles the lighting and your furniture as the props for your session.

Take this session for example, Joyce has such amazing taste and I had only known her through sessions at my studios and going to her house to document her newborn, Luca, really made me see her more as a person to see where she lives and how she styles her house. Her house is located downtown in Baltimore and it is absolutely stunning from the architecture to her furniture choices and me and my neutral beige loving self loveddddd all of the neutral simple minimalistic vibes that I got to document.

But that's not to say that you can't also have a dark and moody vibe in your house because while I love the aesthetic of my family studio, which is very light and airy, in my own home my living room is very dark and cozy. So you really can get all of the best things with both light and dark as long as you keep it as authentic as possible we can make absolute fucking magic at your newborn session.
